Labor Day Workout and Broccoli Salad

I can't believe Labor Day is this weekend! This year has been so odd; in some cases it feels like it's standing still and at other times, it's flying by.

Whenever there's a holiday weekend, I like to get in an extra good workout. I have the extra time and I'm not stressed with work. It always feels so good to get in an intense workout when I can and take advantage of the extra time. Or maybe you like to take it easy over the holiday weekend but still get your body moving. There's no right or wrong.

Here's a great full body workout that you can do at home with any equipment. Do 3 or 4 rounds to add intensity or just repeat it once. Either way, you'll hit your whole body and break a sweat.
