Can you get in cardio without jumping?
I saw this post the other day about how you can get in a great cardio workout without jumping around. Well, I don't always love cardio and part of that is because I don't always feel like jumping around. So I was curious
and wanted to see for myself. Well this one did it!
Set a timer for 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest. I did each group twice and then moved on to the next group. One round of squat jacks before moving to the next set (yes that’s jumping around but I don’t mind those and wanted to keep my heart rate up).
Group 1:
Squat knee touch twist w light weights
Lunge back knee up left
Two rows stand up
Squat then side leg raise left
Squat jacks for 45 seconds/15 rest before loving on to next group
Group 2:
Deadlift to up right row
Squat then leg out to side w band
Arnold press
Squat pulse w band
Squat jacks for 45 seconds/15 rest before loving on to next group
Group 3:
Laying on back, 3 chest presses, then sit up 3 shoulder presses
Weight overhead to sitting up touch knee
Chest fly with leg raises
Skull crushers
Finish w Squat jacks for 45 seconds/15 rest.
Boom! You’re done!
