Media messages can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to health and fitness. We are all are constantly bombarded with different versions of the perfect body, the perfect way to eat, and the perfect way to be. It’s easy to let all of this effect you.

When we were introduced to Brittany Richard of CrazyCurvy_Yoga, I knew she was different! Brittany’s Instagram is full of beautiful pictures showing off her impressive yoga practice. You can feel her playful spirit shining through. Brittany’s love of Yoga changed her life. “Yoga has not only helped me change my body image, but it has made me more compassionate, and more emotionally and mentally strong. June Fitbit Challenge is here!

We heard you in the Women Who Define Brave Facebook Group talking about doing a Fitbit Challenge and we’re in! Let’s track 2 different things: Steps and Activity Minutes for some added fun!

We’re kicking off the two week challenge next, Wednesday June 8th! Click HERE to join or join manually:

1. Log into your Fitbit account

2. Click “Community” and choose “Activity Groups”

3. Search for “Katie K Active Hot Steppers”

Don’t have a Fitbit or have a different tracker? That is fine! You can still join the challenge. Join the MyFitnessPal Group to participate!
